Biography

Dr. Khawla Majed Hashem Aoude is an experienced academic, HR development specialist, trainer, consultant, and certified leadership coach with a Ph.D. in Human Resource Development from the University of Poitiers, France. She has extensive university teaching experience across leading institutions in Lebanon, with expertise in Human Resource Management, Organizational Behavior, Leadership, Training and Development, and Career Development. Since 2015, she has delivered professional training and consulting programs for organizations and professionals across Lebanon, Kuwait, Iraq, and the region, specializing in communication and interpersonal skills, leadership development, organizational behavior, HR development, team performance, and management effectiveness. With extensive experience in both academic and corporate environments, Dr. Aoude combines academic expertise with practical business experience to create engaging, learner-centered training programs. She is passionate about empowering individuals and organizations to strengthen their communication, leadership, and professional capabilities. She is multilingual in Arabic, English, and French and has extensive experience working with multicultural and international audiences.
